I really enjoyed making this little quilt. It was hard to photograph it though, due to the small green pin dots in the background fabric. But hopefully I've managed to show the design without making your eyes cross!!

This little quilt is made using a coordinated range of charm squares criss crossed with a pale purple solid fabric. Nice and gentle soothing colours for a little person or a small lap quilt.

I made this quilt using a mix of 2.5" strips, and a coordinating outside border called Frisky by Zen Chic. This block is very versatile and can be arranged in many ways, in this case in a step down pattern. It could be a small lap quilt or a baby quilt.

Sale!I made this little quilt the other week after fighting with a complicated design which nearly did my head in . I needed something simple, small and modern. This pattern was perfect, and is by Kitchen Table Quilting, called The Sadie Quilt. Crisp clear non muddy fabrics, with a modern dotty background, which has a hint of blue in it, finished with the tag/label fabric on the back, it makes me happy. Perfect as a lap quilt (for a small person), a table decoration or as a gift for a new baby. If you want to hang it, it will need a rod pocket.

Size 41cm x 41cm (16" x 16") Made using cotton fabrics Sold as the cushion cover only - no insert is included. There is a grey zip hidden underneath the flap on the back so you can insert your cushion. I have used a 50cm feather insert from Pillow Talk, as I like my cushions soft and full. This is NOT included in the sale, only for display in the photo.
