I made this quilt using a range of fabrics by Zen Chic called Just Red, with a few other coordinating fabrics.
I had fun arranging the blocks into a colourwash style, with lighter blocks in the middle and darker on the outside.
It could be a bed topper or a lap quilt, and with the colours and the heart theme could be a Valentine’s gift.

Made with Cotton Fabrics, and cotton wadding.
The backing is pieced, using stripes of the magenta pink outside border on either side of a sweet smiley heart fabric. The quilting design is a large meandering heart design using a pale pink thread. The bind is a candy pink and white small stripe.
The quilt design is by Me and My Sister and is called Jelly Roll Party.
This quilt can be washed either by hand or in the machine on a gentle, cold cycle.
I usually use colour catchers in the wash too, to catch any dye runs which have been missed in the prewash, in particular the pink outside border
I usually dry my quilts on the line, but you can put it in the dryer on a warm not hot cycle.
